The Children's Rehabilitation Center is composed of psychologists, social workers, nurses and other child care workers. It also has a Board of Directors, composed of child psychologists, educators, medical professionals, lawyers and human rights advocates.

In 1988, three years after its inception, CRC had set up regional centers to reach out to families and communities in the different parts of the country. Currently, there are three regional centers located in Davao City (Southern Mindanao Region), Legaspi City (Bicol Region), and Iloilo City (Panay Province).
